Our newest office, a second outfit for Magni Japan, is located on the 20th floor of the Landmark Tower in Yokohama.

 

 

 

Magni coatings are available through a network of metal finishers worldwide; There are over 100 applicators! Each company, including our own subsidiaries, must meet performance and quality standards. We also have licensees; applicators who have been Magni licensed approved. To ensure proper coating application, we also assign trained technical service reps to all our applicator sites. Magni Industries and Dr. Schmid are our manufacturing facilities. At these locations, Detroit, Kentucky & Germany, we manufacture Magni's coatings. We take raw materials and mill over 30 different coatings to meet customer criteria and surpass industry standards. Continuous inspections assure quality and customer satisfaction. We are also ISO-9001 and QS-9000 registered. Our manufacturing plants and research centers are located together in the same buildings which encourages idea sharing and timely resolutions to any challenges.

The Magni Group has a superior combination of state-of-the-art equipment and expert researchers. We're proud of our developments in corrosion protection while staying environmentally conscious. We perform real-world condition tests from salt fog to cyclic tests.

Analytical We have an outstanding collection of analytical equipment that our engineers use to quantify and qualify incoming raw materials. This equipment is also used to provide customers with exceptionally accurate analysis of coatings and coated parts.

Mechanical Magni's full-service labs offer fuel resistance, tensile strength, friction, adhesion, and fastener torque tension testing.

Environmental Magni is committed to environmentally friendly, high-performance coatings. We took an early lead in the development of the chrome-free coating market.
